about the program

We will meet for a one hour coaching call each week for 8 weeks, and you'll have ongoing text support via Signal. My role is to hold compassionate space for all parts of your experience, while supporting you to utilize the insights gained through this process to take action towards a life of greater alignment. In this program we embrace a decolonial approach to microdosing: respecting these medicines as sacred & intelligent allies while understanding that the process of individual healing is inherently interconnected with collective wellness.

We spend our first call discussing the logistics of microdosing, exploring your personal history and unique needs, and developing an intention to guide your journey. Setting an intention helps create a clear area of focus, allows more specific insights to emerge, and provides direction for the work with the medicine.

Over the next six weeks you'll be guided through a calibration process to find your optimal dose and dosing schedule, and we'll spend our time exploring what arises in your internal and external world as you journey with the medicine. Clients receive a digital journal with weekly prompts to support their integration process and track their progress throughout the program. In our final call we focus on integration, so you'll be best prepared to take your insights from the journey forward and make decisions around when to work with the medicine again.
